Two Stories Of Reclaimed Kentucky Charm
Behind the white-brick facade and the row of porch rockers is a house that doesn’t do anything halfway. Exposed brick and timber upstairs give way to a ground-floor saloon built from reclaimed barnwood, whiskey barrels, and a wagon-wheel chandelier that every group photographs on night one.
It sleeps 16+ across six bedrooms and nine beds, with four full bathrooms so nobody’s waiting around in the morning — and a private rooftop patio that turns into the best seat in the neighborhood come evening.
Perfect for reunions, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, Derby crews, and corporate retreats that would rather have a foosball table than a conference room.

Whiskey Row Is Closer
Than You Think
The Saloon sits in a walkable Louisville neighborhood, minutes from the bourbon trail, downtown’s restaurants and live music, and everything else that makes a Kentucky weekend worth the trip.
The private saloon is unbelievable. We had a large group, and it can accommodate 15 to 20 people at the island bar alone. This is also the main kitchen of the house, so well done and high-end details! Our group loved the karaoke stage and foosball table!
